My evaluation revealed some areas where Zeemi's mobile app and website of Inconsistent Terminology, Limited Stream Controls, Unclear Cart Status, Security Concerns.
The research findings were meticulously synthesized to define clear goals, relevant KPIs (Daily Active Users, Average Watch Time per Live Stream, Live Stream Comments and Interactions, Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, Repeat Purchase Rate) and ROI (Cost-Benefit Analysis, Increased Customer Lifetime Value) expectations.
The Affinity Diagramming Technique was employed to organize and categorize research effectively. Additionally, a robust Information Architecture (IA) was created to map out the user journey and content organization.
